Return Policy

At ARTI-FAX, every item we offer is curated, authenticated, and preserved as a cultural artifact. Because of the unique nature of signed memorabilia, our return policy is designed to protect both collectors and the integrity of each piece.

All Sales Are Final on Authenticated Memorabilia

Due to the one-of-one and authenticated nature of our artifacts, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

This policy ensures:

  • The integrity of authenticated items

  • Protection against substitution or tampering

  • Long-term value preservation for collectors

Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly resolve any issue if:

  • Your item arrives damaged during shipping, or

  • You receive an item that is materially different from what was described

To be eligible for review:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box

  • The item must remain unused and in original condition

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Authentication Guarantee

All signed items are sold with authentication from trusted third-party services or verified signing events.
If an item is proven to be inauthentic by the listed authentication provider, we will issue a full refund upon verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Authenticated memorabilia without damage

  • Items altered after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)
